a combination of golden spices and raw homegrown honey to be mixed into warm milk, drizzled over porridge or enjoyed straight off the spoon. makes a delectable golden latte rich in warming, anti-inflammatory spices for the ultimate healthy treat.

raw honey is rich in antioxidants and enzymes to support optimal wellbeing. black pepper is added to enhance the absorption of turmeric, as well as adding flavour.

what is an electuary? an electuary is a mixture of raw honey and powdered herbs with the intention of promoting health and balance within the body. they can often make unpalatable herbs much more enjoyable!

directions: mix 1-2 tsp into 1 cup of warm milk. can also be added to black tea to make turmeric chai.
