Do you offer Verde Botanicals products wholesale?
We certainly do! If you feel called to have our handmade herbal products sitting on your shelves or if you are a birth/postpartum doula and would like to offer our teas/soaks as part of your services, please contact us at [email protected] for more info.
What is your return policy?
Please note the sale of our products is final and returns are only accepted if our goods are faulty. If your products are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is charged as a flat-rate fee of $9.50 to anywhere in Australia for orders under $50. Shipping is free with orders over $50 with the code FREESHIP.
We also offer free click + collect with pickup from Kalamunda.
This batch of products looks slightly different to the last batch I ordered. Is that normal?
Totally! As our products are handmade in small-batches and utilise natural, often wildcrafted or organically grown ingredients, there will be slight variations between batches and even between products within the same batches. This is completely normal and will not affect the efficacy of the product.
Do your products contain nuts, animal products or other allergens?
Some of our products contain animal products (such as beeswax, goats milk powder, honey) and sweet almond oil is often used in our balms. Please take care in reading the ingredient list before purchasing if you have severe allergies or would prefer to avoid animal products.
Do you test on animals?
Our products are tested on real people, not animals!
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are suitable for most skin types and are gentle enough for most sensitive skin. However, as no two skin types are the same, we recommend patch testing before using the product to ensure it is suitable for you.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payments via Paypal or Stripe.
